What kind of video formats can you transfer to DVD?
We are currently setup to accept VHS, VHS-C, 8MM, Hi8, and Digital8.

What kinda of video do you transfer 2 DVD?
The majority of the packages that we do are family vacation videos. We also have done weddings, graduations, birthday parties, seminars and lectures. We can transfer anything you have that is not copyrighted.

Why should I transfer my video 2 DVD?
Transfering your video 2 DVD will seriously increase the life of your video memories. The quality of video tapes don't last long at all, but DVD's can last hundreds of years. These packages make great gifts as well.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept money orders, personal checks and of course cash. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover via Paypal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can get one for *free* at www.paypal.com.

How do I place an order now?
Click on our "Ordering" page, click on the ordering form, fill it out, print it and mail it with your tape(s) to us along with your payment. We'll do the rest.

Will the DVD be better video quality than the VHS tape?
No. The DVD will match the video quality of your VHS tape as it is today. While the video quality is not improved, it will not degrade over time like a VHS tape will.

Will the DVD be in stereo?
If the audio of your original VHS tape was in stereo, the DVD will also be in stereo.

How do I get my tapes to Lee Creations?
We suggest that you follow the directions on the "Ordering" page that asks you to mail your tapes to us via USPS Priority mail. However, if you live in the Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey area or in Thurston County in Washington State and wish to drop off your order at our office, you can call us at (360) 280-2042 and arrange a time to do so.

How long does it take to process my order?
The average length of time is 7-10 days from the day we receieve your order. However the time is usually much less.

Can you edit my video for me?
Yes, we can edit your video if you know what you want to edit out for an additional charge. See our rates "Add-On's" page for pricing.

How many minutes of video can fit on one DVD?
The amount of time you can fit on a DVD is based solely on the quality of your processed video. The average amount of time, with the best quality, is 2 hours.

Can I put clips from more than one video tape onto my DVD?
Yes, our Platinum & Executive Packages allow you to supply video from more than 1 source for your DVD.

What kind of case does my DVD come in?
Your order will be sent in a DVD "Keep Case" similar to those used by Hollywood studios.

Will my new DVD play in my home DVD player or computer DVD-Rom drive?
Our DVD's come in DVD-R format. They are compatible with over 95% of todays home DVD players and computer DVD-Rom's. Check your DVD player to make sure it can play DVD-R's.

How much does it cost to transfer my video to DVD?
Our Bronze Package starts at $30.00 for a direct transfer, no editing, no menus. Our most popular package is our Executive Package, which includes 120 minutes of video, from up to 4 sources, menus, chapters, disk label and customized case liner all for the low price of $70.00.

How can I be assured that my video is kept confidential?
Lee Creations does not share any video with anyone other than the person whom placed the order unless we have received written consent first. We also do not keep DVD's on file, but we do keep the working files for the DVD's for up to 30 days after your order has been completed just in case you wish to order additional copies. After the 30 day mark those working files are deleted from our secure system.

Can I get more than 1 copy of my video on DVD?
Additional copies are available to you, depending on what package you chose, for as low as $10.00.

Why does Lee Creations charge less then other video production companies?
We don't believe in gauging the consumers just because we have the ability to do something they don't. We believe in quality work for decent pay.

What's your return policy if I am not satisfied with my DVD?
We guarentee you will be satified with your DVD so much so that if there is a defect on your DVD that cause your DVD not to play properly within 30 days of receiving your order and we will replace it for you.
